The worgen mounts are sold by a little girl who is standing by the howling oak in Darnasus. They are the mountain horse and the swift mountain horse. That was exactly the reason they got added at all. But then it was pointed out that that gave the horde a distinct advantage when it comes to the mount collection achievements.

So they got the laziest mounts ever. An awesome looking boar. I guess we did eventually get boars, but not as a worgen thing. You are the mount. I mean, look at their faction bag Gilnean Satchel , the architecture of the Gilnean buildings, the muted dark colors the people dress in!

They are simple folk. Sure, they may look boring and old-fashioned, but it's the Gilnean style. This plain simple mount fits my worgen perfectly when I'm in human form. For role-playing aspects, this mount is good because not all Gilneans who were cursed might have accepted their fate, and would prefer to remain in human form almost all the time and ride their old horses, instead of having to use Running Wild and feeling like an animal.

Comment by vipo1 So apparently this mount aswell as it's counter part Swift Mountain Horse have been updated with the new horse model in the BFA Pre-patch.
